Eating good doesn’t need to be hard.

After months of excuses that “I just moved and don’t feel like cooking after work.”;I discovered Sheet Pan Dinners on Pinterest. Basically, everything gets put on a sheet pan covered in foil for easy cleanup then seasoning and sauces are applied. The whole thing goes into a 450 degree F oven and baked for 20-25 minutes until meat is cooked and vegetables are roasted
